Which destination should come first?

It depends on your arrival point and main goal. Arusha works well as a base for the northern parks and Kilimanjaro routes.

How many parks should I include?

For short trips, fewer parks with better pacing usually beats trying to see everything in one visit.

Is Zanzibar worth adding ?

Yes, especially after a safari or a Kilimanjaro climb , it gives the trip a relaxed coastal finish with beaches, Stone Town, and spice culture.
